With our Managed By Alteam option, you get a dedicated part-time trained Product Owner who will deploy your team, provide ongoing support, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. The team is provided to you at an all-inclusive retainer rate in addition to our monthly management fee of £2,500.
Our pricing is simple and transparent. We charge £1,250 per talent processed in your shortlist, meaning they’ve gone through at least one interview round. To ensure cost efficiency, we cap the total cost at £7,000 per hire, regardless of how many candidates you process. This approach offers flexibility and value without unexpected fees.
