Alteam began as YJCollective, a small collective of creative and technology freelancers, with our first project for Glide.
Over the years the same request kept coming back: can you bring the senior people we need, for as long as we need them? That is what Alteam is. I work with founders advancing climate innovation, energy, education, social impact and wellbeing, because that is where a good team changes more than a cap table. My job is simple. Understand what you are building, work out what your product needs next, and put the right people around you within the budget you actually have.
